I love Taco Bell.... but this location is just awful. The food is fine but the service is absolutely abhorrent. The workers don't know a thing and are notorious for screwing up orders. Every damn time. It never fails. They forget your items, screw up your customizations, or both. And it's really terrible. They hire these dumb teenage kids that just don't know what they're doing. I will never return to this location.
Oh, and another thing. For the love of God can someone at corporate maybe update your correct address. Your freakin' zip code is wrong in your app. You are not located in 10312, you (Page Ave) are 10309. And also, your Richmond Ave location is messed up as well. That is not 10309, it's 10314.

Talked to me like an idiot at drive -through for ordering something that was literally on the physical menu that I could see with my eyes and have ordered everywhere else. Absolutely unacceptable way to talk to anyone.

Went to the Page ave location and order doritos taco, on drive-thru specifically asked no sour cream and vegetables, also when picked up the food, specifically doubled checked with Guy on take out window. When I got home and opened I realized that they completely ignored my ask and put everything there.

Every single time i come here the drive through takes FOREVER. it’s called fast food for a reason. but the food somehow takes over 20 minutes to come. either this place is understaffed or not managed because it’s absolutely ridiculous waiting that long for FAST food.

store is temporarily closed on door dash but the taco bell app is ok for ordering. but the drive thru speaker is covered and the front door is locked, they will bring you your order, but i find the whole thing just silly. just close the ordering system while the store is under maintenance.

I waited over 30 minutes to get my order which I placed in store while the drive through was getting their order back to back.. I had a small order it shouldnt take this long to get my order.
