The Stone House at Clove Lakes

Best part of this place was the atmosphere, it looks like something out of a storybook. The service was alright but it was a large group. Food was very good but expensive for what it was.

Great night it was so nice by the roaring fire. Waiter couldn't do enough for us. Appetizers were outstanding. Dinners were off the hook. So happy we decided to go there for a night out.

My family took out for my birthday at The Stone house and we had excellent service and delicious meals. We also had guests with us from NJ and they couldn't stop complimenting the place. I always enjoyed eating there and will continue to do so.

Lovely place, great service, and delicious food - but for the price, portions are really too small.

Great restaurant and event space. Attended a baby shower and the service was great. Wait staff was very accommodating and make sure the fuest had everything they needed. The fod was done buffer style and everything was tasty. The views of the lake is breathtaking.

I reserved a banquet for my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the experience was fantastic. The venue is stunning with a truly majestic interior. The dishes were both delicious and unique, making the celebration feel very special. Everything was perfectly handled, and we all had a wonderful time.

We used to love this place, but things changed.Used to be one of the best burgers on Staten Island, 3 visits, and they were absolutely lousy. Drinks are extremely weak, a straight up drinks are so short it’s ridiculous. We might be done with this place, even though it’s a beautiful restaurant with a fabulous atmosphere. Very sad to see it go down hill.

Beautiful location but unfortunately not the best experience. Our food was extremely salty, I had to send mine back and it took about 20 mins to get the replacement dish. They did try to bring me someone else's dish that had gone back as well but I figured I should wait for mine. :) By the time my steak came back out, my party had finished their meals so I took it home. I was very surprised that no one came over to apologize, one person did come over to ask how the steak was after it was boxed up... told him I had to pack it up so my party didn't have to wait for me and he could have cared less. It's a shame our experience wasn't a good one, this really is a beautiful location.

We were there for a birthday dinner. For over $700 for a meal for 5 people where 4 of the 5 guests had one drink and they a mix of entrees and 4 desserts, it was a bit ridiculous the high price for the dinner. The server also forgot to put a candle in a,dessert so not really a celebratory dinner. We were expecting singing, actually asked for only a candle and it didn't happen. For the price of the dinner, I would have expected better service. Probably won't go again and we have been coming for several years, but I'm done with it.

Warm, welcoming, and inviting with a wonderful ambiance. Sitting by the fireplace gave cozy cabin vibes. The lobster tail was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the vodka sauce was perfectly made.

I’ve come to stone house for a few times - when it’s catered it’s great, ala carte is full of mishaps. Every time food is ordered something’s messed up or mixed up or not delivered- The prices are also INSANE and not justifiable whatsoever like $14 for a side of fries ? Insane. It’s aesthetically pleasing but insane prices for just OK food and service- a wedge salad with some lettuce dressing and few pieces that my protein was forgotten $19 -22 for a salad ?

I had the pleasure of having my daughter’s bridal shower at this amazing venue. It was a year in the making and started with Nadia Beck. Nadia could not be more accommodating to my every need from when we 1st visited to booking and then finalizing the week before. Pedro was our main waiter on this very special day and tended to our every need. He made sure I knew each step and when each course was ready to be served. We encountered an unseasonable hot day in Oct and he made sure our guests were comfortable by turning on the fans and lowering the shades when we needed to block the hot sun. The food was exceptionally good and service was impeccable. It’s been about 2 weeks since the shower and I am still getting calls & texts on what a wonderful party it was. Thank you to the amazing staff at The Stone House. Please consider this beautiful spot for your next party and even for your weekly dinners, lunches or the amazing brunch that they have on The Weekend
