Very good shop. Wide variety of coffee, even wider variety of pastries. Acute little area to sit. Service was excellent. I want to go back and sit down and eat some cheese danishes.

Very unwelcoming bakery due to owner(s) not greeting customers or smiling, very indifferent attitude when you walk in, as if they don’t want your business. Dreary interior, no holiday decorations and there display cases are bleak. My very last trip to this bakery was months ago. I purchased a large box of cookies (various types). They were absolutely tasteless as if baked without sugar, flavorings or salt, very weird texture and a total waste of money (in the garbage ). Most bakeries are a happy indulgent shopping experience, not this bakery. Do not recommend their bakery goods and their attitude is dismissive.

Happy I was able to enjoy Gluten Free St. Joseph pastries, you couldn't tell they were Gluten Free. The filling was so delicous 💯

One of the best mama and papa bake shops in towm, my daughter loves the french crawler Donuts and the sugar free hazelnut coffee is the best I've had.

Ordered a few cakes from here and loved them however I placed an order for a heart shaped bento box (mini cake). All the details were in the body of the email, I asked for a heart shaped cake in baby pink with small red hearts all over and for it to say “in my 30s era”. I even sent pictures for reference. Had to have my mom pick up the cake for me as I was busy and when she sent me a pic of the cake it wasn’t even heart shaped, and both the hearts and the writing was very sloppy. I called and asked why the cake wasn’t a heart shape and was told “she didn’t recall seeing that in the email” even though it’s clearly in the email. I was upset because this is a birthday cake for a friend and I placed this order over a week ago. She stated very coldly there was nothing she could do. This is very upsetting because I usually always get all my cakes from here but I was extremely disappointed in this cake. I have attached photos for reference, along with my email to her.

Honestly one of the only bake shops I truly like here on Staten Island. The items have always been fresh (other bake shops sold me day old items and it shows in the taste), taste amazing, aroma delicious! I also ordered two occasion cakes and both times they were excellent!

My spa is right next door,so whenever I arrive early or have time before opening,I love coming to relax for a bit.The pastries always smell wonderful and taste so fresh.I've tried quite a few items and every one has been delicious.The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming,and the staff are always kind.I feel so lucky.

Owner is cranky, rude, unfriendly. Never saw a smile. Never was greeted with a comfortable approach. Its just awful how uncomfortable it is to try to engage with someone not interested in showing her patrons a slight smile or a pleasant greeting.. Its sad. I have seen her engage with people she knows but with most customers its a very curt, unpleasant interaction. Other friends have mentioned the same thing to me.

We worked with Grace for my daughter’s first birthday cake, the theme was amalfi coast and lemons. I was blown away with how stunning the cake turned out AND delicious it was!! Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting and asking where we got it from. She turned my design idea to life and was so, so pleasant to work with. Their baked goods are also super delicious! Highly recommend her and can’t wait to work with her again! Thank you so much Sweet Life!

I came in for my son‘s second birthday cake.I was a little indecisive of what I wanted for design, but she’s just took some keywords and ran with it. She definitely calm my anxiety. Cause you know how it is with kids birthdays!She did such a beautiful job. I am definitely going back there again!!!

We were so excited and happy about this cake, it was beautiful, original and absolutely delicious. We got the vannilla fudge on the inside and it was so good. The cake was beautiful and really was the center peice of the party. I highly recommend and will call again for all future cakes. Thank you !!!!!

I ordered a cake for my son’s 1st Birthday and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Everyone at the party could not stop taking about it. It was exactly what I had given as an inspiration photo. I can’t wait for my next event!
