I work in Staten Island and On Tuesday November 21,2023, around 3:07pm I needed to use the restroom I asked the manager if I can use the restroom and his response was "" are you going to buy something ? "Don't be so greedy, there's times customers go to your store and don't use your facilities,There are times I've gone and never asked for nothing. But this time I was doing my work and I only asked you for a favor to use your facilities.Shame on you for being so greedyWill never purchase anything at your place again

My fiancé and I stop here for gas every time right before we hit the road for our roadtrips. Barista forgot to put item after paying for it. She didn’t pay attention much. She was too busy on her phone and eating chips . Anyway usually they are very good. She sucked.

Die-hard NYer and huge foodie

I ordered one of their new drinks (maple cinnamon latte), the server had no clue what she was doing as I ended up with coffee and a little milk in a cup full of ice, with syrup-- horrible! When I asked her wheres the whipped cream (pointing to the ad poster which was eye-level to her) she said "oh, you wanted whipped cream" , then fumbled on the register for a minute before declaring "there's no way to charge you separately for it". She then put what can only be described as a 'small squirt' of whipped cream on the top and a flat cover. Hey Tim Hortons-- PRESENTATION and TASTE is everything. You may want to consider drilling this into your employees heads if they want to sell coffee! VERY disappointing experience.

3 times in a row the “Kitchen is closed” ? you’re a chain restaurant, your kitchen should NEVER be closed unless your whole store is closed ? who’s running this place?

Came into Staten Island to do work and when heading back home into another boro, I decided to stop for gas and saw this gas station had a Tim Horton. I never tried T.H but heard of it extensively through friends. Gave it a try and I am completely disappointed. Lets start with service, an employee whose name starts with a J.. that actually sounds out his name, seemed mad or gad a bad day but boy oh boy he had bo character, got bother because “I apparently did not order what he was serving me” I clearly did say iced, I was going to speak up but decided to let it go. This situation right there personally, accounts for how I would revisit a business and that alone will never make me come back.Second and most importantly food:Ordered a B.L.T and it was horrible! Pieces of bland turkey and broken burnt bacon bits all thrown on top of each other completely dry, this must taste like of I were eating cardboard. No sauce, dressing nothing. Bread overwhelmed the sandwich.Person with me ordered a tuna sandwich which they reported was actually decent.Drinks:Latte was ok not the best but not the worse.Coconut strawberry drink was not too badOverall for the bad service, i would never give this place my business again. If you are miserable at your job, go live off the government, dont take it out on your paying customers as that’s how you get a salary.Very disappointing experience. Horrible food. Save your money.I wouldn’t like this guy to get fired and I am not wishing he does. Hole he gets retrained in customer service or he can have a better experience dealing with customer by reading this review, its not meant to throw you under the bus but to better you.0 stars

The employee who regularly works evenings there is a nice friendly guy. The food is good, and the offers on the app are definitely cost saving.Kid-friendliness: Most children love donuts.

All ice lattes are discounted after 2pm which makes it very easy on the wallet. Jay is very nice, making the visit much more pleasant as well. My first Tim Horton’s franchise to visit & got me hooked on returning!

Got a ham and cheese sandwich. Got no ham and a red spoiled lettuce. I contacted customer support and they were less tasteful than this horrible sandwich. Their hash browns are terrible, super oily and hard, the location down the road is much better. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Great place for breakfast. Way Better than Dunkin's. Their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are done very well. Just by the look of their food items you can tell it's just made better. The their donuts are definitely ?????

Everytime I've been here there has been a problem with my food or my drink, I keep hoping that with time the workers would start to get better but I'm disappointed everytime. I'm done giving this location anymore chances for over priced disappointment.
