I ordered one of their new drinks (maple cinnamon latte), the server had no clue what she was doing as I ended up with coffee and a little milk in a cup full of ice, with syrup-- horrible! When I asked her wheres the whipped cream (pointing to the ad poster which was eye-level to her) she said "oh, you wanted whipped cream" , then fumbled on the register for a minute before declaring "there's no way to charge you separately for it". The employee who regularly works evenings there is a nice friendly guy. The food is good, and the offers on the app are definitely cost saving.Kid-friendliness: Most children love donuts.
