Walked in to an empty store and ordered a bagel and cheese on a toasted scooped plain bagel. Received a bagel non toasted with non melted cheese and egg shells in the egg. What has happened to this place over the years? So disappointing.

I've ordered from this place multiple times and the order is always incorrect. It's a shame because the food is good however I'm tired of paying for incorrect orders and will no longer order from here. I would suggest check your order before leaving the store.

Today I wanted to order coffee. I was standing in line, when it was my turn, he said that he wanted to serve the other person first. He said if you don't like it, you can leave the store. And I said ok and left the store. I do not recommend this place, disgusting service.

We received bagels at our office from here for a colleagues last day and they were AMAZING. We're in Philly so it was a special event to have legitimate NY bagels in the office. Spreads were great and all of the bagels were soft and so great. I'll save this place for whenever we need to order again

I came to this Deli to buy something two ladies got service and waiting for their orders. I stood there no one ☝️ didn’t even notice me. The worker totally ignored me went to the side to have a conversation with a guy the sad ? thing they ignored me and I walked out. SMH very disrespectful!
Just got food from there. They completely messed up my order. Wrong bagels, wrong spreads, wrong everything. Not coming back here for a while.

Tottenville Bagels is my favorite deli on Staten Island due to it being one of the only places I can get a few products I really like such as Tiramisù in a glass, Orange strawberry banana juice and the spiciest buffalo wings on Staten island. As an in-joke I used to call it Hot BS Bagels because of the way most of the sign's letters weren't lit up. The place is fairly small on the inside but very strategically placed I would say, being right on the corner of Page and Amboy road. Some other things I got were Nutella breadsticks and other types of juices.In the end, Tottenville Bagels is the only deli I go directly out of my way to go to since they have some amazing exclusive products that I enjoy so much that I would gladly make the trek to Tottenville Bagels to stock up on.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable.However, the seating area was a bit cramped and could have been cleaner. The service was also a bit slow during peak hours, which made it difficult to get in and out quickly.
