I went in on my lunch break and ordered a chicken pesto and an island green smoothie it’s my favorite combo and I go there often to get it? also Cristina and cece are the nicest employees, always smiling and very helpful, and take care of my order quickly and efficiently

It’s 7:15am and is completely dark inside. I’ve been waiting around after the gym since it is supposed to open at 7:00.

I ordered an online order and waited like 30-35 minutes for my food. The workers were completely unprofessional and goofing off without even acknowledging my friend and I. It was so loud in there and not even from the customers, it was the WORKERS. I was in there for like a total of 40 minutes and another worker came out from the bathroom after like 25 minutes of me being in there, so I don’t even know how long she was in there, and was still ignored by her as well. Completely disgusting behavior and I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. Normally I’m not the type of person to be writing a bad review because I’d just brush off that kind of behavior because teenagers/college kids do it sometimes, but this time was just unacceptable. After maybe 20 minutes of waiting for my food, I decided to go to the counter to ask when it would be ready, and they still ignored me for 10 minutes and decided THEN to stop the chit chat and do their jobs. I dont understand how this behavior is acceptable. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD. And to the manager of this store, if you read this, there needs to be some serious action taken against the workers. There was two girls on the smoothies, the one girl in the bathroom, and one guy on the food. The guy was fine and did his job accordingly, but the girls absolutely didn’t and just screwed around the whole time.

Placed an online order and had to wait 25 minutes when it wasn’t busy in the store. The staff that was there at 12:30 P.M. was too busy goofing around and being loud. At first i thought it was the kids that were in the store ordering, but come to find out it’s the workers not even doing their job. After 30 minutes of being in the store not one person asked if we were waiting for something or gave us any acknowledgment that we were there. Never announced my name to pickup and did not put my online order in the correct spot. Do not recommend coming to this location unless you’re okay with waiting on incompetent workers that do not care about their customers and are very disrespectful.

staff was awful, wouldn’t fill our online orders until 30 minutes after we had placed it, then placed it in the wrong pickup spot. whole time staff was just messing around not working

Need an ice cold beverage? Tropical is a healthy choice. They have a huge selection from Smoothies to Sandwiches. Tap on a clip to paste it in the text box. They have chips as well. There food and fruit is always fresh. And they have a good reward system where it keeps track of your points every time you purchase something. I love this place. I highly recommend it to anyone who has never been here Check it out. You'll thank me later. My favorite thing here has to be the Pomegranate Plunge with a shot of Whey protein. And it fills you up. Hmmm delicious . The staff here is always friendly and super helpful. It does get busy at certain times too. Definitely check it out you won't regret it.

That one Asian cashier was amazing I’m from the UK and I went a month ago smoothie was good too

I have gone go this location many times over the past two years

Service is always a hit or a miss but more often then not they are very friendly
Food usually has a lot of flavor especially for a 'fast food' type place, smoothies too are always good when not watered down

My only complaint is the music as they give employees control over it and the music sometimes is not family friendly but when it is, I like variety

Walked in and staff rolled their eyes, had such a bad attitude when I was ordering. three girls were in synch with their moodiness. were rude when I asked for my side because they forgot it. Girl with glasses rolled her eyes when I asked for my chips , she slammed my chips on the table as well as my smoothie. It was unnecessary the staff isn’t friendly and I get working can be hard but to take it out on the customers is rude. Especially when working with food why is my food being slammed on the table. They also got my smoothie wrong I took it and drank it anyways cause it wasn’t that serious.

Efraim made my order with love! Our service was great, and I loved the new Green Dream Yogurt bowl! The ingredients tasted fresh, and it was just a great experience! I'm very pleased and now that I think about it, this was my 1st time ever eating at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Great job!

That asian cashier named crysi or somthing is very friendly and accomodating. She knows the perfect amount of everything to put in the drinks other than the other ones.
