This place is amazing and has such a great staff. They are always friendly and quick to serve you. They have a clea bathroom too if you need. I highly recommend this place for anyone who hasn't tried it out yet boy your missing out.

food is great. but whenever i try to order extra of anything they either don’t add extra or they don’t add any at all . so i basically pay more money for little to no extra toppings or fruit..

Toxic. Those two girls working here this evening are teenagers who shouldn't be in charge of your business.... the dirty looks, crowds of friends, and laziness around orders... toxic. You should have an adult monitoring them. Or maybe some sort of work readiness instructor - they have no emotional intelligence or grace. I won't be coming back... and I love tropical smoothie. Not to this Tottenville location. Shame on their parents ... snobs who should be better at their jobs...

got a smoothie and the smoothie i usually get it $10. it’s still a little pricey but it’s because i add protein powder and greek yogurt but i don’t mind becuase i love the smoothies there. anyways the server Sahani P (i only know this bc her name is on my cup) charged me and extra $1.30. so $11:30 for a smoothie that was honestly pretty mediocre this time. i don’t mind the price that much but it’s the fact she charged me an extra $1.30 bc she had to walk to the back to get the yogurt. i was like maam this smoothie is usually $10 she goes “yea but it’s extra because I have to get the yogurt from the back” i was in awe. she refused to change the price. now every time i go there and i see Sahani P working im walking right out!

We tried smoothies at this place for the first time. They were mediocre at best, iced down and flavorless. Would not recommend for drinks at least. Can't comment on food since we did not get any.
It took around 40 minutes to get my order of a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which is absolutely insane. Then I get the order, no bacon, no ranch, no lettuce or tomato which is what it always has. I got turkey, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Absolutely insane.

Got the the end of my wrap and it tasted funny. Took out the lettuce and notice it was rotten.
