I ordered some white slices, the clerk put them in the oven and when they came out they were cold. I asked him to put them back, then I walked out to get something when I came back in the clerk handed me the box, and once again it was cold again. I don't think he even put them in the oven again. I have been coming to your business for a while, but I am no longer interested in coming back. When you provide good business ppl tell others. When you provide bad service ppl usually tell more ppl.Btw the last 2 times my buddy ordered from you and his zepoles did not have enough powdered sugar on them. He is not coming back either.

Ripped me off of a Pepsi. I moved to Staten Island for better service and I’m still getting Democratic service. FNYC

My go-to neighborhood pizza. I've been a customer at Napoli since I was a kid, back when they were on the other side of the old Hylan Plaza.Place and food has changed over the years, but it's always changed for the better. The staff is always welcoming and on-point with your order. Food is delicious and served in big portions. Highly recommend this pizzeria
