This restaurant...How do I put this...To me, I've lived in this neighborhood for a long time, well over a decade, and let me say that Via Ponte is a pillar of this community. The staff is extremely friendly and diligent, and I swear, the food has been getting better and better over the years. In all my years, I never once had an issue with my food. For a while now, they've been over heating the food till it looks burnt and too hard to eat. I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite foods from them. So I ask them not to heat the food and I take it home and heat it up myself. But, lately, the food looks burnt before I get to heat it. It even looks burnt sitting on the display counter.
Their food is awesome when it's not over heated. The people are nice and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
