The ribeye yakitori was pretty good, tender and a good amount of sauce to pair it quite well. The chicken skin yakitori was very crispy and delicious, with just a tad too much sauce which made some pieces overly salty, but no biggie. The salmon tartar was just okay, with the yuzu sauce being very sour. Delighted with my dining experience, the enchanting interior design provides an escape from Staten Island's surroundings, truly Instagram-worthy.Service was fast and attentive.Opted for the tonkatsu ramen bowl, and it perfectly met my expectations.
