The food and service are amazing. The best restaurant in Staten Island and the only place you should go. Ciro is the best and he also must come when going here.

Very good food with great customer service and nightly live music. You never feel rushed here & they go above and beyond to make you satisfied. Excellent parking as well.

The food was decent.

Food was a bit bland

The Mexican waiters are spoiled and need to go. thought they knew it all food went back for pasta being raw and they complained with us. After pasta came back it was washed out and no sauce and he brought out a small bowl of the wrong sauce.

Was not impressed.

Really good Italian restaurant. Eaten here a few times, and it has not ever disappointed. Service is good and we have never felt rushed out of here. Appetizer, entree, wine, dessert and coffee, I have enjoyed them all. Live music on weekend nights.

Let me start by saying this review is been written solely on the experience of service .

Was looking for a place to make a reservation for my boyfriend since he was going out for a night with friends he hasn’t seen in a while . Reservation was made a day or two ahead of time for Saturday 10/19 .

On Friday night we get a notification that the reservation has been removed . REMOVED ? CANCELLED? Seriously ? Why would you accept the reservation in the first place and then simply send people an email saying the reservation was cancelled ? What kind of customer service is that ? They obviously have a very poor reservation management system and horrible customer service since the reservation was simply cancelled without an explanation or even an effort to accommodate a different time .

If that is the service you have without even walking through the door , I don’t want to imagine what actual service in this place is . I’m sorry , you can have the best food in the planet but if your customer service is bad the food is not worth the stress .

Hire someone who can manage the reservations properly and if you’re having a private event then close the reservations all together so people are not left hanging without a reasonable explanation .

I’m sure there are plenty of other places to go where they will welcome customers on a Saturday night .
