Vivi Bubble Tea is my go-to spot for delicious and refreshing bubble tea! Every visit is a great experience, with a wide variety of flavors, high-quality ingredients, and consistently great taste. Whether you love classic milk tea, fruity flavors, or unique seasonal specials, Vivi has something for everyone.

The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy, and the drinks are perfectly balanced—not too sweet, unless you customize them that way! I appreciate that they let you adjust the sugar and ice levels to suit your preference. My personal favorites are the Signature Milk Tea and the Passionfruit QQ, but I’m always excited to try something new from their menu.

Beyond the drinks, the service at Vivi Bubble Tea is excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. The shop itself is clean, bright, and has a fun, inviting atmosphere—perfect for grabbing a drink on the go or hanging out with friends.

Great milk tea spot highly recommend the flaming brown sugar milk tea!

This place is simply great. There is a bunch of good food options like corn dogs, banh mi (viet sandwich) , popcorn chicken and more. There are many drinks! My personal fav is the peach oolong tea or passion fruit green tea. I have came here so many times and not ever one of them has disappointed me. This place is great!

My mouth drools when I walk in. As soon as I enter this area I smell a great aroma. I recommend so many foods and drinks from here. My favorite thing here will always be the class milk tea with tapioca pearls. It will never let you down. It taste so good! I recommend ❤️💕.

Have been here before but not for a year. I decided to try on an app ‘Too good to go’- 2 drinks for $5 but you have to buy ahead of time and pickup like 30 mins before closing. Supposedly items that would have been tossed. Got there at 8:30, girl was making drinks- no choice of flavors or anything- passion fruit jelly tea and mango ‘pudding’ tea. The flavors were both too strong, the mango pudding was spooned and dumped in bottom of drink- no flavor and same for passion fruit tea- some type of jello- flavorless dumped in bottom of drink. On top of all one drink was to go to daughter- who is allergic to tropical fruits- so both went in garbage and I had to pay $6 for a bubble tea drink for her- so it was a waste of money

They have one of the best bubble teas !! The food is delicious!!! Highly recommend the popcorn chicken and the bbq sausages

This place has the best Bubble Tea !! The best service & the kindest people. I walked out the store & fell with my tea & they replaced it for free no questions!! No other place has ever done that. Not to mention they are great with kids too!!Hands on the best bubble tea in Staten Island!! The best Service !!
