We stopped here to get some cinnamon pretzel bites & hotdog pretzel bites. First thing we noticed was the cinnamon wouldn’t stay on the bites. Then both of them were stale & on the hard side. I suspect they were using old inventory that should have been thrown out at the end of the previous day but they didn’t to save costs. Definitely don’t recommend or will be visiting this location again 👎👎👎👎

The bacon wrapped pretzels are amazing. We got a few for our ferry trip back to Manhattan. Highly recommended.

I ordered online for a pick up order and when I arrived, this location was closed…i got there at the time of my orders completion which was 30 minutes before the closing time and they were closed…I tried calling all week for a refund but the phone lines are busy, someone hangs up or they just don’t answer. I also tried getting assistance online and i still didn’t get any assistance because it’s a franchise. I just want my refund …horrible experience overall…I need this resolved asap!

Staff are not nice toward customers. They were extremely rude during my visit and was a very unpleasant place. Wetzel pretzels are always great a shame staff can kill a visit.

Small Wetzel Pretzel shop with a few tables indoors and outdoors. Great view of lower Manhattan and the Staten Island Ferry. Service was fast, hot dog bites were warm and he was making fresh ones as I walked in.

We thoroughly enjoyed a bag of fresh, warm pretzel bites while sat outside looking at the Manhattan skyline.A little cheap eat in a ghost town of a shopping outlet.

The best pretzel I have ever eaten. Freshly baked, super soft and warm. You have the option of eating inside but the location is wonderful to eat outside with an excellent view. It's worth it. You have the option to purchase the pretzel large and portioned.
