For the amount of money they charge for their food, you would think your order would be ready when you arrive an hour later to pick it up. You would think! Seems like the two winners at the front counter who are more interested in how their claws look, do not pay attention to the orders that are placed online and pop up on the POS system. When we told them we were here for the order, they looked at us then each other with puzzled expressions, then checked the POS machine and quietly said to each other that they didn't see it...not quiet enough. Then said OH YEAH, GIVE IT 10 MINUTES. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that it was their lack of attention to their job that caused the delay. We're very disappointed because Manor Road has never been lacking in service or quality of workers.

Great wings, decent menu with something for everyone on there, with some of the best prices around. The delivery is always quick and they have late hours, very convenient.

Julianna was just the best!! We order ever new year for the great food after cooking for months plus the new years calendar!! Julianna made sure we got the calendar and plates to feed my kids and their friends tonight! I would’ve been soooooo pissed if we didn’t get the calendar and plates. Julianna made sure we did! What a lovely spot and the food was obviously delicious. All the food was 10/10 & we ordered curly fries, cheese fries, burgers, nachos, cheesesteak sandwich etc. all 10/10. Thank you to the cooks, to the delivery driver & Juliana who made sure we got a fridge calendar!!!!!!
