The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

I didn't trust the sandwich I still bought it I actually made them make it twice because every time they start fixing my sandwich they stop and do something else and then come back and make my sandwich after they were already making my sandwich and made sure people huddle around them so I wouldn't see them make my sandwich so I made them make it a second time and instead of using people to hide because the other people left and that's what I waited for for the other people to leave so I can see my food get made she used the bag to hide whatever she was doing to my sandwich the reason why I know she was doing something to my sandwich is because why make my sandwich you already put the bread in the meat down you go over pick up a laptop look through that and then put the laptop down and go back to my sandwich and put pickles and stuff on it I'm just saying like at the end of the day the stuff is just nasty outright nasty they need help
