This place is great! It's organized and very clean. The staff is respectful and always at your service❤️. In my opinion, I don't like the food here but I do respect the staff. Going here is great and it's a quiet place. Me and my friends love going here.

My first time ordering take out & I will not b returning The service was horrible & it took 1/2 hour to get 15 wings & 1 order of cold French fries My advice go somewhere else!!!!

What a disgrace. The store is dirty and customer service is awful. I waited 25 minutes for my food, it was packed and placed on the shelf for 15 minutes because the employees were too busy playing with their phones and laughing it up with their friends to notice that the food was getting cold. I ate it but it was the worst meal i ever had. If you're looking to get a day off make sure you try wing stop. You'll have a good reason to use a sick day.

We ordered and was shorted 10 wings. Nothing was marked so we had to guess what flavors they were. It was a larger order so it was hard to tell. This is not the first time we were shorted.

The Florence KY location used DoorDash as their 3rd party for deliveries. This is not a choice we make as customers, this is their own business decision. Today, the restaurant forgot to put half our order in the sealed bag, and when contacted, blamed DoorDash for the missing items in the sealed bag, and told us they could not help us, that we had to reach out to DoorDash. As a client, I’m not responsible for who you choose as your delivery partner. That’s your problem to deal with. Had the staff hang up on me, and on my second call I finally reached an extremely unprofessional and barely useful “manager”. They acted like they were doing us a solid by “allowing” us to pick up the missing items ourselves from the restaurant. Still missing items in that second attempt, but at this point we’re quite done dealing with the level of incompetence being displayed by this wingstop location.
TL:DR avoid the Florence KY Wingstop. They mess up your order, don’t own up to their mistakes, and try to blame everyone else for items they forgot to put into your bag. The management here is laughably incompetent. They also refuse to disclose their names over the phone, as they know how completely useless they are.

I was very happy when i ordered delivery through DoorDash for my food. As my food arrived warm with no issues with the food. All my food was neatly packed and stacked together to ensure that it wouldn't spill/mix to ensure the quality of the food. I don't believe this WingStop deserves this low of a rating when my experience was pleasant.
