I placed my order at noon on February 16th. I ordered Parmesan, hot honey, and habanero chicken wings. The wings were juicy and tender—perfect. The staff at the front desk were very polite, and the ladies in the kitchen were very efficient. It was a great experience.

Really good wings! Flavor options were on point (loved the Atomic and Louisiana Rub), crispy and saucy. Portions are solid, service was quick, and the place has a nice casual vibe. Definitely coming back!

Usually I have a good meal here I normally get the chicken sandwich combo but today I ordered with my girl and I didn’t really eat much of mine cause it was so terrible my girl sucked it up and ate hers but we both have stomach aches and feel nauseous basically just saying be careful

I read a few of the negative reviews, I definitely know everyones experience is different but mine was nice. Staff was nice, did exactly what I asked for in the order, place was clean and foid was hot. Didn't wait long they said 15 mins and it was 15 mins. Was pleasantly surprised.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

The staff here are very awkward, dishonest about wait times, the store is also unusually grimy, constantly full high school aged children despite the time of day, usually screaming. I don’t see this location lasting.

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.
