Very good food, with very polite service. My favorite meals to order consist of the shrimp and lobster sauce, chicken chow mein, and wonton soup. They also have a lunch menu, which can help you save some money. Overall, I highly recommend going to Ming Moon if you need your chinese food fix!
We've given Ming Moon a few tries. All the dishes we've tried are really lacking seasoning. The most confusing dish is their fried rice which is just yellow rice, not fried, with no vegetables or anything else. Ordered chicken fried rice (photo attached) which just their plain yellow rice with some boiled chicken pieces added. This is not Chinese American fried rice. I am rating ming moon based on the quality of their beef and broccoli, which I have ordered well over 100 times over the span of several years. It is simply the best beef and broccoli I have ever had.
