Butterfield Reviews
My girlfriend and I dined at Butterfield during our stay in the Hudson Valley from October 17th to 19th, and it was truly one of the highlights of our weekend. A huge part of that experience was thanks to Peter, whose service was nothing short of exceptional — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm.
Peter went above and beyond to make our evening memorable, offering great conversation and fantastic local recommendations for vineyards to visit and even a whiskey distillery,...read full review
Food was wonderful. The menu had a great variety of selections. Such a beautiful place. Service could not have been better
Loved our experience. We had a pre dinner drink by the firepit outside brough to us by the bartender. Both were superb cocktails. The focaccia bread was excellent for an appetizer and the lamb kofta was delicious, Service was top notch as well.
Butterfield offers a cozy and intimate setting, perfect for celebrations or casual gatherings. The reduced pub menu during happy hour includes delicious options like burgers and crudite, while the main menu features standout dishes like gnocchi with truffles. The venue is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful additions like an entry lounge and basement game room. The staff are friendly and attentive, although there were some issues with timing and dessert quality. The parking is convenient with easy access to a parking lot. The well-prepared main dishes, such as the lamb kofta, half chicken, and burger, make it worth a visit for a unique dining experience in Stone Ridge. Customers have praised the focaccia bread, Brussel sprouts, and the chef's expertise, who recently moved from Asheville.
