Here was pretty good, placed my order and everything was right as I placed it. So my seven stars around the moon, all meats were cooked perfectly and bathed the sauce, the veggies which I have admit there was more then necessary were fresh and seasoned well. Loved the egg battered shrimp, since not too much batter and the shrimp itself did not shrink when fried. Wow. If you find yourself in Stone Ridge, look no further than Ming Moon. The Lo Mein is hands down the best I've ever had. Those that know me best get me gift certificates there for Christmas.
