We celebrated my son’s birthday after a movie and it was such a fun setting accompanied with quick service. The workers serenaded my son with such happiness and excitement that made the day so special. The food came out accurately and quickly. The food portion size was great and delicious as well. Had a great experience at friendlys for take out here in stony Brook, I ordered a Turkey club melt sandwich and a strawberry fribble, it was delicious, people have mentioned the staff being rude at the counter, but I don’t think people realize how tough a job like that can be at times, I try to be more understanding, the girl there wasn’t rude to me at all but I could tell she wasn’t happy, so I commend the young girl at the desk for doing the best she can, will be back...
Can't say enough nice things about this location! They're always great and make us feel welcome. One of the young lady managers always handles the busy lines well. Give that girl a raise! She deserves it!
