Took forever to even be acknowledged yet alone take our order. By the time I ordered they didn’t even make it, I assumed they were gonna forget my order and I was correct, they tried making both sandwiches on the wrong bun. The employees were too busy talking, chewing gum, working very slow. Even the guy who was there before us walked out because of how slow they were working.

We are trying this location for the first time, and we did an online order to pick up in the store, and they got every aspect of the order wrong. I ordered the club, which should have bacon on it, my sandwich didn't. It also didn't have oil even though I ordered it Mike's way. My boyfriend got Asiago bread when he ordered white and had mustard on his sandwich, which it doesn't come with. I ordered lays baked chips and a peach iced tea, and I got lemon iced tea and regular potato chips. It was almost impossible how wrong this order came out. Unfortunately we were already home when we discovered all these mistakes. If there is a next time we will be sure to order in the store.

My visit to Jersey Mike's was infuriating! The staff's rudeness was beyond belief. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for a water cup for my 4-year-old, they flatly refused, as if it was some kind of luxury request. I ordered three sandwiches, but their abysmal customer service made it a miserable experience!

Worst Jersey Mikes on the island hands down is the one in Stony Brook. I have been to five different JMs and this one is by far the WORST sub shop I have ever eat from. The employees have no idea how to make a sub and when you’re paying over $10 for a sub it is inexcusable. Run far away from this place because their subs are absolutely disgusting. They charge deli prices but hire cheapest teenagers they can find that have no idea what they are doing.

She just asked me the size and numberBut didn’t give me the time to tell her ‘what type of bread it is!’female employee spread the tuna fish on the white bread! What I wanted was wheat bread.. So I asked “Why didn't you ask for what type of bread it is?” but She said that “No, I never asked!” unkindly! I go there often, but this never happened! Others always asked me but Just her!
