BEST FREAKKNG EGGPLANT PARM HERO EVER!
Let me tell you, they do it right. The eggplant is hot . The eggplant is covered, COVERED with sauce! The cheese is melted! The flavors hit right. There are no dry bites of eggplant. I have seen the most laziest and poorest assembling at some places and pass as EPH but here. Just saying.
