Have can to this place since they opened. I am vegan and was happy that they had one item I can enjoy. Every time I go to any restaurant I confirm that all the item I am ordering is vegan. Thank God I did. For some reason they add fish sauce now to the veggie broth. For all the vegetarian and vegan people do not EAT the Veggie Pho at this location and not a great option for a place to eat if you are vegetarian or vegan. Sad that they do not list that ingredient on the menu! Shame on you!!!!

Ive been coming here consistently for a long time and sadly the prices have been raised significantly meanwhile the quality of the food has went down. The food is still good but with the increased popularity of the restaurant i believe corners are being cut. The prices are now ridiculous when before they were reasonable. Lunch special used to be 16, came back it was 17, came back again now it’s 18! Not to mention the portion sizes have noticeably decreased as well. It’s hardly a deal anymore (size vs price of the banh mi is insulting) and as a loyal customer it is disappointing and may have to start looking elsewhere. Customer service is hit or miss (Apple is wonderful!).

I hope management reads this and takes this into consideration. I appreciate you feeding me over the years and the food is delicious, but it is a stark difference from when I first discovered the spot.

came here for their lunch special and the food was amazing at such an affordable price! everyone was nice and friendly, highly recommended coming.

Very bubbly and friendly Asian hostess — with other guests. I was waiting to pick up my order when she skipped me for people who had just arrived. When I finally got her attention, she was curt and distracted, chatting with other guests even as she handed me my food. A simple “Here you go” or “Have a nice day” would have gone a long way.

I started coming here about a year ago, and their food has always been consistently delicious! Their pho is full of flavor, the pork chops are perfectly tender, and the garlic bok choy is one of my personal favorites. Their wings are also so good, crispy, flavorful, and a must-try on the menu! They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, plus great lunch specials, perfect if you want to try a little bit of everything at a low price. I personally prefer this location over the Massapequa one, and their staff is always so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a comforting meal. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good bowl of pho!

got this thrice!! we did takeout the first two times and it was pretty good!! the pho came with plenty of sauces and check if they gave you utensils already because as you can see they already gave us 3 sets but we had no idea and asked for 2. we also ate for lunch here, and it was a great deal, lowkey the skin at the top of my mouth was ripped so I couldn't fully enjoy everything but still it was great and my friend likes it!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad attitude against customer

I went with my friends and we were really excited to try this place out. Unfortunately the place was packed and close to closing so we decided to get takeout at almost $20 per person for a bowl of pho. Do not get takeout. The portion sizes are extremely small and is expensive for pho. Maybe the dine in experience is better, but for takeout, the price is not worth the amount of food you are getting.

This place is such a gem for a Vietnamese like me in the island. The food is so good, their lunch combo price is unbeatable. I hughly recommend the wings and pho! Their drinks are great as well!!

First time visiting and drove further than normal to get lunch. Ordered over the phone and the representative gave me 3 choices to choose from and asked them to confirm again and I said loud and clear sweet tea twice!!! For there they fixed Thai tea! I said I did not order that before they were bringing to me. How bout I don’t even drink milk! The other girl said sweet tea don’t come on lunch special and I said well that is what she said and they is what I said I wanted, so she should’ve corrected me! They told me I would have to pay for the other drink. Now there is lemonade and tea flowing in containers right in front of me. There goes to the customer always being right. To be honest I prefer a cherry coke and really even didn’t want a drink. I took the Thai tea and they are gone about their way like they were right! Grand opening should be closed to train staff!

Amazing food super authentic and the best coffee I have ever had!! Highly recommend
