Very nice restaurant with an authentic Vietnamese feel. Drinks were great and organic, food was hot and fresh. Waiter expressed recommendations which helped us pick the appropriate items we wanted. 10/10

I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have always had positive experiences—until now. The new manager, Bill, was both unhelpful and unprofessional.

I came in to purchase a $300 gift card, something I do every year, and provided my phone number to locate my account. Bill claimed he couldn’t find me in the system and insisted I didn’t have an account. I explained that I must have one, as I’ve used it many times, and repeated my phone number. At this point, he told me I was “giving him an attitude,” which was completely uncalled for. If a loyal customer is trying to make a large purchase, clearly demonstrating how much they value this place, is this how they should be spoken to?

Bill then asked another employee, Apple, to assist me, and his tone was slightly rude when he called her over. Apple, however, immediately located my account and completed the purchase smoothly. She exemplifies the professional and friendly service I’ve experienced and come to expect at Sup.

While Bill may have other strengths, he is certainly not suited to managing a restaurant or interacting with customers. Sup should find someone better suited for this role, or consider promoting one of their existing staff.

We had pho for the first time it was yummy and VERY filling be prepared to be full we also ordered wings & spring roll eggrolls the wing were delicious

I must take a minute to give a quick review on SUP. The food is simply delicious, fresh , and bursting with flavors. Service was good, friendly staff. The short rib platter was so delicious!!! Looking forward to going back, so good,

Very good. Best pho I’ve had. we had the summer rolls and pho Thai thai iced tea. We even said no cilantro in one and yes cilantro in the other and they remembered perfectly.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. It was busy but they got us in within 10 minutes. They have a lunch special which was reasonably priced. The food quality is excellent. I enjoyed the pork chops, wings, and lemonaide. My wife had pho nam which she enjoyed. The staff was quick with service and friendly. I recommend stopping in and tasting it for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I come here often with my family and friends. I like the food here very much, but the service attitude of the front desk lady is too bad. My request is not excessive at all. I just want a seat inside and I don't like to be near the door. She started to sound very impatient and ignored me and my family.I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and I feel like I will never come back again. I am very disappointed.

I placed an order over the phone. The guy took down the order. I didn’t remember the exact name of the order so I described to him what I got last time that includes a variety of meats. He sounded like he understood the order I was referring to and said it’d be ready in about 10 mins. He was nice and helpful over the phone. I sent my sister to pick up my order as I was in a meeting. She was greeted by a rude front counter staff name Stephanie who claims to be the manager. She asked my sister what did she order. My sister didn’t know the exact name so she gave her my name and phone number. The staff kept insisting her to remember what she ordered as there were many lunch orders. My sister called me and I heard the staff just being rude with the worst attitude. I spoke with the staff and described her what I got and she was cutting me off. I loved this restaurant because of the quality of the foods and would go there often; however, they just lost a customer due to their lack of customer service skills. Why ask for name and phone number for takeouts/pickups if you don’t have your orders organized? Many restaurants just ask for your name and phone number and hand your order. This place gave us a hard time because we couldn’t remember THE EXACT name of what we ordered although we described to her what we ordered. She wanted the exact name written in the menu.

11/15 Update:
Today my bf and I arrived at the restaurant at noon and the girl at the front desk said it would take 5 to 10 minutes and took our number. We waited in the car for almost 10 minutes and then saw other couples and people go in and not come out. However we did not receive any notice. We went in to check and found that the people in the back had already taken their seats. When we questioned the girl with white top at the front, she remained expressionless and said to keep waiting. I hope you enjoy your work😅😅 It's hilarious to treat your guests like idiots

I can't believe that as their loyal customers, we come back at least once or twice a week. However, just now we arrived at the store at 2:37 to line up. We left our contact information and names, but we watched one after another people enter the store and... Ignored us, I'm so disappointed and won't be back.

Went here for a dinner date. The white sangria was sweet and delicious, and the wings were really crispy and juicy. My husband got the pho with meatballs & I got the pho with grilled ribeye on the side. The grilled smoky steak was a perfect complement to the delicate broth. Both our desserts- coconut pudding and the chocolate mousse dish were so good, we ate until we physically couldn't eat another bite! So happy to have a great Vietnamese place like this around and can't wait to come back and try more. Would love to see Vietnamese coffee offered here one day too ❤️
