Was nearly late to class after I waited 25 MINUTES for a COOKIE. I genuinely would not have cared if the girl heating up all the food was doing so urgently since it was out of business, but she was moving way too slow for the amount of people that were waiting for orders. I literally saw her holding cheese with the tongs and slowly dragging it through the air towards the trash before finally grabbing it from the tongs with her hand and throwing it out. Are we serious… Not even in a careful way it felt like it was just to waste time. She was also throwing the food bags in the trays—WRONG letter trays at that. My cookie wasn’t even warmed, yet it was all mush—and not in the good way because this is like my 8th time ordering a cookie here in the past month+. And since it was my first time seeing her then maybe she was new, and if she was then I’m sorry but cmon bro. Someone ordered food that they didn’t even have available anymore and she didn’t even seem to care about the fact that the girl just wasted her money on that 😭 I understand hating your job especially as a teenager but cmon

Got my order wrong. Told the barista and they don’t seem to care. Complained to Starbucks corporate and “ Roberto G. From Starbucks Customer Care” contacts back with. Cookie cutter response and when you give the details they do not respond back. A terrible experience

Not sure what the deal is with the management here but every time I ask for light ice they never fill the drink even though every other starbucks does, then when you ask for more they treat you very rudely

I don't enjoy complaining but every. single. time. I come to this Starbucks my order is incorrect. It's a simple iced matcha latte with no classic sub vanilla. The training here must not cover matcha lattes or the beverage routine as my venti's are made with 6 scoops of matcha and the cup is halfway filled with foam. I'm a barista at a licensed store upstate and it really hurts my heart to constantly receive an incorrect drink. That would never fly at my store. I don't go back to fix it as it's always crowded and I don't want to put more onto the already hardworking staff.. But, it's come to a point that I've wasted too much money to let it slide. From one barista to another, please remember that the matcha's are made differently! And put the ice in the blender BEFORE you turn it on!

Most of the time when I order a drink, it is never filled all the way to the top. I ask for light ice and they fill 3/4 of the cup with ice. Even with this much ice my drink still isn’t filled all the way to the top.

The manager has been very rude to me on multiple occasions. I was going to let it go but it’s been a repeated pattern. She’s a bigger lady with glasses. The most recent time I had placed my order 30 minutes prior and had watched people order get their drink and leave all while waiting for mine. After about 35 minutes I mention it and she gives me a very rude response, as she has in the past while I was ordering with her. I wouldn’t give them your business, there’s a Starbucks at the hospital just go there.

Asked the cashier a question.As I walked away, I was informed by another customer how she rudely rolled her eyes. If that’s not enough she asked the other employee about my order and mouthed things about me. Terrible,and inappropriate customer service.

This place might not be the best Starbucks out there but it's a pretty good change of pace if you get tired eating the same campus food every single day. I usually get breakfast here everyday and so far, it's been pretty smooth! Also the fact that you can add campus ID to your Starbucks app and then order online is pretty neat!

My niece asked for no ice, as she has tooth sensitivity. The venti drink was barely even half full. That is extremely unacceptable, especially after paying almost $6 for a basic, non-coffee drink. I think the baristas need to remember that they're dealing with paying (or overcharged for that matter) customers and do their job.

As a former Starbucks supervisor, I found the situation to be handled unprofessionally. Admittedly, my order was a bit complicated—I requested a Pink Drink made with coconut milk and sweet cream. I wasn’t aware that I hadn’t been properly charged for the sweet cream, so when I mentioned that the drink didn’t taste right, a supervisor, who I wasn’t even addressing, abruptly snapped at me, saying, “I put it in. If you want extra, you have to pay for it.”

There had already been an issue at the register, where I didn’t receive my Wolfie Wallet discount. I understand that the system is new and potentially confusing, I was willing to pay the extra five dollars without the discount. However, the supervisor’s unnecessary attitude was disappointing. I empathize with the stress of working in a fast-paced environment, but I believe the response could have been more professional and respectful.

The barista who originally took my order did fix the drink, but she repeatedly mentioned that the woman who had spoken to me was their boss, and they couldn’t say much in response. While I appreciate the effort to correct the issue, the overall attitude left a bad impression.

My daughter had a terrible experience there. She asked for coffee with soy milk and she got regular milk which is she is extremely allergic to it and she always telling about her allergies. She had to go to emergency room that day. From the campus without parents. They should train the staffs better !!!
