This place is nothing like the old park bench. It felt more family friendly and I don’t remember there being outdoor space. It’s a great location if you are waiting for the train. I watched the Monday Night Miracle here many years ago here and will never forget the Jets beating the Dolphins.

Ordered take out and was told it would be a hour to an hour and a half, but we never received a call that it was ready in 45 minutes. Luckily, we got there at an hour, but the food was completely cold when we got home. Why take our number if you’re not going to call if it’s ready early?Don’t skip the Chambo-style wings. Best around.

The Bench is not what it was! It didn't smell like stale beer at all. The floor wasn't sticky. We had a good sized group in the front room and the food and service were both great.
Love the atmosphere! The server is really nice. The food was really tasty. I ordered from the lunch menu and got the chicken pesto panini.... loved it!

The food was pretty good but I honestly couldn't get over how insanely loud the music was. This place is a bar and a restaurant so I totally understand them playing music but we all had to scream across the table. I don't know if I could see myself going back because of the volume inside the restaurant. It was loud beyond anything I have ever experienced at a restaurant before. If you love mozz sticks they have good ones here. It is standard bar food.

The steak is overcooked, dry and bitter on the edge. Also this is not the most welcoming restaurant for the minorities, aka people of color. The waitresses are staring at you because you’re not white. Weird, there are lots of minorities living in this area and this is not mid west countryside.

Don't like the parking situation over there on the weekends, especially during the game season. They have a very narrow entrance/exit to the 25A and should not have any carpark near it.Parking: Be prepared to park somewhere else on the weekend because there's not enough parking space.
