Had a chicken over rice when the store just opened, was one of the worst halal chicken over rice I’ve had in my 30 years in NYC. I literally didn’t even finish and threw away.Was extremely salty, oily, and the white sauce was too watery making the rice soaking wet together with the oil.Never coming back.

The experience dining at this restaurant was almost like ordering at Chipotle but halal. Very clean food, great service but I found it a bit crowded inside. Would definitely recommend their lamb/beef.

The food tasted good...until my party of 4 all got food poisoning. It wasn't even late, we went at 1pm! Very disappointing, there's no reason why someone should be vomiting multiple times over your food!

I was at Halal Hut today for my lunch. I was going through the menu but I was a little lost and Sayka helped me with my order and served my food with a warm smile. She was very sweet and helpful from choosing my food to serving me and the food was great as well. Surely will come back again and hope to be served by Sayka again as well.

Wow!!!! This food was absolutely tremendous. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Staff member Sydney went above and beyond to ensure that my order was correct, but all of the staff did great. This was my first time here, but definitely will not be my last.

Nice service but the food is not tasty or authentic / traditional. The portion size is decent but seems to very low quality meat. Been eating this type of food my whole life and the chicken / lamb over rice is no good here.
