“We were headed from NJ to Westchester and looking for an early lunch in Nyack. This place IS A FIND!!! We both had the Main Street wrap and it was DELICIOUS. Place is clean (including bathrooms), great service and very reasonable prices. Look forward to coming back over the bridge just to eat there again.“

“Wow 🤩 - this place is the real deal. Finally got to try the Gangster Parm - we’re talking big time chicken cutlet, crispy bacon, bomb vodka sauce, melted cheesy mozzarella, all piled high on a deliciously fresh roll. Not your average sandwich and 10/10 would highly recommend this spot!!“

“Place is actually much cleaner and has better atmosphere than a lot of the other places we went to. Staff are extra friendly. Also food taste different in good way, and coffee is better then other places I think something has to do with water. Only little dissatisfaction/disappointment was that my chocolate chip pan cake barely had any chocolate chips on it and it was little bit in middle only☹️“

This was our first visit, and Brandon's friendly smile and enthusiastic attitude immediately made us feel welcome. He was attentive, professional, and ensured our needs were met throughout our meal. We're already looking forward to returning to this IHOP because of Brandon's outstanding service.“

“The best meatball parm ever.meatballs are soft and flavourful as well as the sauce. The bread is a little soft but I just throw it in the air fryer for 3 min and it doesn't ruin the integrity of the moist flavourful meatballs.
