“Great local coffee spot. Got an iced Valencia bonbon which truly tasted like coffee ice cream. The owner was friendly and welcoming. She will customize your order anyway you like. When we mentioned we were from our of town and had a long drive home she pointed out that there was a restroom if needed. She was very sweet, definitely will stop in again if in the area.“

“I stopped at Cafe Chocolat during a road trip, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was absolutely delicious! The cookies were incredible—warm, soft but crispy and full of flavor. The chocolates were rich and clearly high quality, and the sandwiches were super fresh and really delicious . It was the perfect unexpected stop, and I’d definitely go out of my way to visit again. “I loved everything about this coffee shop/roaster. I went twice this week. The first time I had an iced coffee, a light roast brewed coffee and blueberry muffin. Today I had a cinnamon roll latte and a sweet bun. I don't know where the pastries are from but they are so delicious! They are very fresh. The space is very nice as well. There's plenty of seating available and it was very quiet. I'm looking forward to going back and buying their whole bean coffee.“

“Went today for the 1st time. Staff was very friendly and explained the menu items. We had chicken empanada, beef empanada, chicken potato ball, beef potato ball, and arepas with cheese. Every was so delicious. Our latte was especially good too. Can't wait to go back for more!“

After frequenting many locations across Westchester and NYC, I’ve often encountered counter staff who seem disengaged; here, the Nanuet manager and team consistently deliver courteous, efficient service with a smile.

The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

Even when it’s busy, they take time to chat with you and make you feel like more than just another order. “This location is pretty good. Ive had a handful of issues but they corrected it immediately. This place looks a lot more inviting after the remodeling. The coffee is always fresh and their food is always on point. The mobile order is also own point and pretty quick. The staff is always smiling and friendly. “I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“Was a hot day out and decided to try out their raspberry iced lemonade, pretty good actually with the sweet and sour mixed. You can make it blended too if you want.
