“Stayed in Putnam Valley and stumbled across this gem! The food is EXCEPTIONAL! We ate there nearly every day of our stay and it was fantastic! We got all kinds of pizza (WHICH WAS SOOOOOO GOOD AND ADDICTING) and wings (wings were SO CRISPY AND HOT AND JUICY)! But the best part of the place is the family atmosphere. We always enjoy dining here. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is warm, attentive, and kind. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time we visit. This has become one of our favorite spots, and we will definitely be returning.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

I ordered a Java Chip and a lemon iced cake from Matt, not only do he take my order correctly but he was such a gentleman. Kind, courteous, educated and most charming. I realized a gentleman named Nicholas or Nick was making my drink. I asked for my drink double blended as I prefer more of a milkshake consistency. I must say it was made perfectly. Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Otherwise, than that I look forward to them improving and growing in the area.“

“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“There are two types of coffee heads. Ones that prefer Dunkin' or any other typical java or those with a refined sense of taste at Starbucks. I think everybody should tip their barista once in awhile. I am not a typical Starbucks customer. I actually have conversations with my barista. More people should interact and listen to people, strangers even. I am quite impressed with Starbucks. If I order a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher, it is very singular. “The baristas are very nice and attentive even under pressure. One gentleman is a bit loud and talks a lot but he is very good at his job and a very nice person. The place gets cold in the summer and in the winter there is no windbreak and the air stays on no matter what the season. It may be on purpose but it is hard to tell. Overall it is a very good store kept clean including the bathrooms.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible stuff ( over processed fake food)

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids come and go

Parking: Loads of parking it is a strip mall

“Lous corner have a big variarity of sandwiches and some hot food and all was clean and delicious. Employees are so nice and they have a very large variety of food (hot and cold) and salads.Management changed no long time a go, but no body noticed because all employees still working there and the food still having the same quality and flavor.All types of sodas, beer, coffee and many more to drink.In a few words, you can find there all you need for a breakfast, lunch or for your reunion at home with friends to watch any sport on the weekends.“
