“This usually is one of the better Dunkin Donuts cuz they always put your coffee right however today I had to wait 1 hour for one cup of coffee no food just a cup of coffee there have three people working the one gentleman was showing the other two that I guess he was training how to make the coffee and he was jumping from that to the register they had one girl making the food it was just one big hot mess today and I feel bad they were very polite and very courteous apologetic but one hour for one coffee not even a single signature coffee just a small hot coffee“

“We ordered at the kiosk and it came out quickly correctly and fresh. The girl that delivered it was very nice. I went up to get some ketchup later and the girl that gave me the ketchup helped me quickly and was also very nice. The store is very clean overall a very enjoyable experience..“

“It's such a sweet, beautiful place. The sisters who run it are so kind, and the matcha is genuinely delicious. Their matcha is the best pick-me-up. They have a beautiful sticky note board where you can write messages to others. It's such a nice, bright place with an amazing atmosphere and tea!“

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the corner door for wheelchairs and strollers. One of the 2 bathrooms is accessible, and if you order food, which is normally picked up from the counter that is 2 steps up, they will bring it to your table instead, since it is not accessible.“

“Aromatic coffee. Service with smile. Staff socializing with clients. That’s cute. Nice seating inside and Outside though a little bit old but thank God they survived the atrocity of the recent economic conditions. I give them A+. I hope one day they will tell me about their secret of the coffee.

“The decor and ambiance in this place was very nice. Visited after a very nice hike on Storm King mountain. Needed a nice pick me up and a maple bacon latte was calling my name. And the foam was velvety too. If you need an axe or some beard oil they got that as well“

“MooMoo's Creamery is a Cold Spring institution. If you come to town, you have to make a stop for some ice cream. Then, spend some time along the Hudson at either the gazeboed dock, or strolling in Mayer's Park.
All their ice creams are homemade using the best ingredients, in small batches. It doesn't get better than that!“

“Only had a caramel latte which was good, sat outside which was great on a nice fall day. I wish the staff would call out names of the drink orders more loudly or at least write people's names on the cups. Overall, I look forward to visiting again.“

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I've tried. I'm sure all of it is great.

Our guests loved the coffee and pastries, and I heard so many wonderful things from friends about the quality of the coffee and pastries. From the atmosphere, child friendly, great service, to the absolutely delicious food. My husband and I have been to Vesuvio’s numerous times and each time is better than the previous time. All the staff members are great, but, every time we make a reservation we always ask that Justin be our server. He always delivers outstanding service, always very friendly. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“
