“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

Nestled in the small IMPACTFUL TOWN of Beacon, NY; I stopped by this tiny comfortable coffee spot to charge my phone and wait for my “taxi service” to head home. Within seconds of me walking in I was greeted with the one of a kind aesthetic at Bank Square Coffeehouse. It a small cozy corner spot with a large variety of pastry’s and the big highlight (coffee beverages). I did a quick Google search because I needed a spot to charge my phone and this establishment has plenty of outlets. Everything and everyone seemed to be flowing naturally and the staff are definitely respectful and professional. 0 complaints, I will most definitely come back to this busy one if a kind established (with two rooms and plenty of seating areas)… again.

“MooMoo's Creamery is a Cold Spring institution. If you come to town, you have to make a stop for some ice cream. Then, spend some time along the Hudson at either the gazeboed dock, or strolling in Mayer's Park.
All their ice creams are homemade using the best ingredients, in small batches. It doesn't get better than that!“

It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. “My son loves his pink drink so we stopped in for a treat. Line was long but the employees did a great job moving it along while processing a ton of mobile orders! Drinks were delicious ?. I tried a brown sugar oat milk drink. The sign that said low calorie caught my eye , and we shared a grilled cheese..it was really delicious. I had forgotten how much I like the food at Starbucks. We sat by the window. It was a clean store and restroom and service was fast and friendly. A pleasant visit.

They have a wide selection of flavors that alternate frequently, including unique flavors like gingersnap around Christmas, pumpkin in fall, and of course lots of summery flavors. The chocolate dipped waffle bowls are also amazing. The staff a few years ago gave very small scoops for the expensive price, but the last several times I've been, they have been very nice and given generously sized scoops!“
