“Saw the line outside and I thought it must be very good if there is a line and honestly it didn’t disappoint and not a letdown. We got two flavors chocolate and a sorbet flavor which were both incredible. When we mixed it together in one cup it was so good and I would highly recommend it. Since the ice cream shops was right next to the water, we got to watch the sunset go down while sitting and enjoying our ice cream and it was truly the most magical experience ever. I would highly recommend going you won’t be disappointed.“

“Kathleen’s Tea Room ambience transports you to an ethereal place in time! The lovely ladies there present you with a menu filled with culinary delights. My granddaughter and I selected the Princess. The three tiers were filled with delicious small sandwiches, fresh fruit and sinfully good desserts. The tea was one I had never tasted! Delicious! I recommend you frequent Kathleen’s often with friends and family. I’m already planning my next trip to taste their great sandwiches.“
“I’ve tried a lot of coffee spots since moving up here in 2017, and nothing compares to Hot Stuff Coffee. I literally drive 20 minutes just to come here and now I’m hooked. The coffee is consistently great, and it’s absolutely worth the trip every time. Highly recommend trying it at least once… you’ll get it.“

“Great little space with a really delicious variety of food that you can tell is made thoughtfully. The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

This bakery has the BEST cakes I’ve ever had! Every bite tastes fresh, moist, and full of flavor. I’ve ordered their cakes for birthdays and special occasions, and they never disappoint — my family and friends are always impressed.
What I love most is how beautifully decorated they are, without ever sacrificing taste. The frosting is smooth and not overly sweet, and the cakes always have that perfect balance that makes you want another slice.
The staff is wonderful too — they really listen to what you want and make sure the cake comes out just right. You can tell they put their heart into every creation. This is my go-to place whenever I need a cake that feels special!

“Stopped in for a ube cookie and a latte, and both were excellent. The cookie was soft, rich, and full of flavor, and the latte was smooth and perfectly made. Everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a great little spot for coffee and something sweet. I’ll be back.“
“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.
I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.
The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“While visiting Cold Spring from the city I was surprised to stumble across this cute little spot. Walking in I was impressed by the vibe and atmosphere. There is plenty of seating and it feels like a little oasis amongst being in the oasis of the mountains in Cold Spring.
I went in on a Monday afternoon and I am mentioning this because this seems like a place that can get really busy on a weekend or a day where more people come into town. It’s a cute “trendy” place that fits right in with the local neighboring shops. It doesn’t feel like a try hard try to be cool city spot, its cute, quaint and relaxing and I can’t wait to go back! Also last but certainly not least the drinks were AMAZING and the staff member taking orders Yesterday 8/24 was super sweet!“

“Definitely one of the more interesting Dunkin' locations I've been to.
It's a pretty large space, and they have old photos and posters showing the original Dunkin' Donuts and some of the history behind how it started, which gives the place a little more character than your typical Dunkin'.
The coolest part was that they actually have a conference room. You can get a key and use the room to sit down and work or have a meeting. I've been to plenty of Dunkin' locations and have never seen that before.
Big, comfortable, and definitely not your average Dunkin'.“

“I must say the manager , Danielle .. went above and beyond for me. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“I usually hate coming to this McDonald’s because never get good service. However, today I paid for a max sauce and I drove away and Max. The manager was shouting for me to get my sauce. It made me feel good and made me feel like I should write a review cause that is incredible service.
