“Too crazy in there on a long weekend to even take a pic of the ice cream. The ice cream was good. Half scoops are huge. The fig flavor was interesting, glad I tried it. My son enjoyed his cookie dough.

The shop is small inside and it got pretty hectic with the crowd. I would have sampled a few more flavors, but it was just too busy to really take my time.

Best bet is to grab your ice cream and eat outside with the beautiful view.“

The workers are so friendly and their service is great! The architecture is beautiful, and the merchandise is really cute. Really recommend this shop!“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Nino is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He helped me figure out how much food to order for my daughter's birthday party, and what food to get, and he even told me to give him a call if we were running low and he would have some pizzas delivered right away. The food was delicious, especially the chicken francese and the penne vodka. I'll definitely be using Putnam Valley Market to cater whatever party we throw next! Also, had a chance to try their pizza this week -- so good!“

“Let me tell you something, this place has the most SMASHING pies on this side of the river!! This was our first go, and we immediately fell in love with the Matcha Cream Pie. It has a strong matcha taste mixed with red bean, with red bean pieces even added inside the filling, with a chocolatey crust that compliments the matcha so well!! 10/10

We also had a slice of the Mixed Berry Pie, super flavorful and low sugar, solid 8/10

VERY busy at times in the morning, but somehow they can still get you in, take your takeout order, and have it bagged and ready to go with a smile on just a few minutes.“

I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“
