“Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order 2 drinks. I was met with such a pleasant voice from the microphone. Kiki introduced herself, and made recommendations to my order. When I drove up to the window she greeted me with a smile. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and great customer service.“

“Love this dunkin, always under staffed, but always a smile on their faces, they move as quickly as they can through orders, and the orders are always correct. The only comment is that the management should hire more people so the hard workers you have, have more support and dont want to leave!“

“This place is an actual gem. I stopped by on what was arguably probably their busiest day this whole year and unfortunately had to leave before I could order. I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. Kudos to battling a worldwide matcha shortage, increased popularity from TikTok, and a super busy fall season. I will be back every time I’m in Beacon!“

“I love getting coffee, iced drinks and pup cups here. The coffee is great and there are alot of options. This is a drive through or walk up window and there is no seating. The staff is always super friendly and helpful here and I always make sure to tip. There are not many food options, and truthfully I have never ordered any except for the free pup-cups for my dog 😎 The line may sometimes be long but it always moves quickly! THIS STAFF CAN MOVE!!!! Please remember to tip! They deserve it and they really appreciate it! Also, they offer rewards on the app.“

“Hands down, the best coffee shop I've been to. I've been to Phil's coffee in San Francisco and it can't hold a candle to Ready Coffees quality of coffee and service. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is mostly young people who have the most pleasant attitude, which is a nice change of pace from most fast food in the area. 🫡“

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

The coffee was delicious, service was fast, and the whole space feels peaceful. There’s even a stunning wooden tree installation inside that gives the place a real wow factor.

“Great little space with a really delicious variety of food that you can tell is made thoughtfully. The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“My first experience had a little wait because they are low staffed and I just thought that wasn’t fair to the workers. Even though they were under alot of pressure they still managed to make everything taste amazing. They deserve a raise to work multiple jobs at one time.“

“Nothing like it .. THE BEST breakfast sandwiches anywhere as far as I'm concerned. The service is friendly, and fast, and I always tipped generously because of how great everything is. VERY busy at times in the morning, but somehow they can still get you in, take your takeout order, and have it bagged and ready to go with a smile on just a few minutes.“

“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“Super cute spot for teas, dessert, and some snacks. They even have a coffee selection. The ambiance looks great very modern and shows on the branding and packaging too.

You cannot miss their seasonal special yuzu tea it’s super delicious. Haven’t tried their boba tea and other desserts hopefully in the summer.
Loved their pizza. Their crust hits different. Mushroom pizza is great with lots of mushrooms on it. Croissant is different but great.“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too! My husband literally will drive 25 minutes out of his way to go get his coffee from these kids!!! That is there something for your shift leader and you’re hiring manager at this location!!“
