“I'm getting really sick and tired of going to Dunkin' Donuts in the middle of the afternoon and them being out of donuts or other menu items. I went to this Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they were out of bagel twists. So I asked for a glazed donut. And guess what? They didn't have anymore. I'm gonna assume that they either don't know their traffic patterns and do not order enough for the day, or the staff is just too lazy to bring it out or make more bagels.I am also extremely frustrated when I receive something that was in their toaster oven, and it tastes like burnt plastic. I happen to know that if they removed the paper liner after every other order, that nasty disgusting flavor would not be ingrained in the food. It's so bad that when you walk into that restaurant, it smells like burnt plastic. The simple act of removing the paper would fix this. DD management needs to look into this.“
“Absolutely loved this place! If I lived in the area I would go every day, it is the best coffee I've ever had. We got the hazelnut latte and a pistachio caramel latte. Both amazing and not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Also got the cardamom bun which paired nicely! The baristas were knowledgeable of their menu and very welcoming to our large group. I had the Muffuletta sandwich, my husband had the Niçoise sandwich. He seemed to throughly enjoy his, I did not try it, I'm not a huge Niçoise fan, but that's on me. The Muffuletta was delicious, though very spicy (I don't mind spice, so I was more than okay with this). If you aren't a fan of spice, maybe try something else. I'm sure it'll be delicious. “Well this is terrible! I live waaaay too close to great gluten free pie! We bought the GF very blueberry yesterday. It comes frozen (all the GF are in the freezer as whole pies.) We warmed it 300 for 20 minutes and wow! First thing we both appreciated was it’s not too sweet. It tastes like blueberries instead of like sugar. The crust has a big GF on top- no confusion or mis-tastes. They also had a GF pumpkin option in the freezer. Delicious.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pie was outstanding.“

The brownie sundae is ridiculously delicious and serves 2 (unless you don’t want to share). They usually have one or two dairy free flavors, which I appeciate as someone who is unfortunately newly diagnosed as lactose intolerant. I haven’t had too much of their hot food menu, but the lamb burger is consistently delicious and well seasoned & cooked, and my son enjoys their hotdogs and fries. It can get very busy during the summer, so I wish they had more tables on the grass during the busy season. The staff members are always polite and helpful.My one annoyance is that the cashiers, in all of my visits, NEVER give a receipt. This irks me, and as an adult, there’s really nothing stopping me from asking for it. When I went this past Saturday with my son for lunch, I had two separate transactions, one for the hot food and then later one for ice cream. There is a sign on the counter noting a 3.99% discount for cash. I paid cash for the food but have no idea if I actually received the discount because the cashier told me the total and I handed her the money. When it came time to get the ice cream, I used my credit card. Please don’t make your customers ask for a receipt and if you’re going to post a sign with a discount for cash, be sure to apply it.“
