“The employees are incredibly friendly and every time I leave I feel a bit happier than when I came in.

Parking: This location has its own parking lot, which is about 20 feet from the entrance. There is also a drive up window if you don't want to go inside.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has enough variety to keep just about any kid happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap ramp for individuals with walkers, canes or wheelchairs. However I don't believe the door is a handicap accessible door (I.E. a button that opens the door. I could be wrong.)“

“We got the "Hit + Run" and "Storm King" and a coffee - all excellent. The staff was excellent. The whole place is excellent. Excellent. Excellent. The closest to real coffee and lattes I have experienced outside of Europe. Just go here!

Nestled in the small IMPACTFUL TOWN of Beacon, NY; I stopped by this tiny comfortable coffee spot to charge my phone and wait for my “taxi service” to head home. Within seconds of me walking in I was greeted with the one of a kind aesthetic at Bank Square Coffeehouse. It a small cozy corner spot with a large variety of pastry’s and the big highlight (coffee beverages). I did a quick Google search because I needed a spot to charge my phone and this establishment has plenty of outlets. Everything and everyone seemed to be flowing naturally and the staff are definitely respectful and professional. 0 complaints, I will most definitely come back to this busy one if a kind established (with two rooms and plenty of seating areas)… again.

“I recently visited a friend in the area who had some of the sausage rolls from here for us. They were so unbelievably delicious I had to stop on my way home to get myself some. The sausage rolls are simply to die for and the Cornish pasty was also delicious (with a side of brown sauce). I can’t wait until I’m back in the area for my next visit!“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. “My son loves his pink drink so we stopped in for a treat. Line was long but the employees did a great job moving it along while processing a ton of mobile orders! Drinks were delicious ?. I tried a brown sugar oat milk drink. The sign that said low calorie caught my eye , and we shared a grilled cheese..it was really delicious. I had forgotten how much I like the food at Starbucks. We sat by the window. It was a clean store and restroom and service was fast and friendly. A pleasant visit.

“I was surprised to see just one employee working late afternoon on a Friday, especially with the fall menu having just come out. Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. “While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!

We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“
