Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“McDonald in Cortlandt Manor is the nicest Fast food place in a region. It has very good location,easy to get parking for the car and great fast service inside and outside orders through the window. There is unity around workers, serving with kindness and smile.Their radio is set for nice modern music and some talk without arguing one with another as it happens on others radio stations or some TV .It is great place to chat with friends and stay to eat good meals with drinks to choose.Children like this place to eat get small toys and sit with big McDonald as a clown.Once little boy liked to be long time with the siting clown McDonald and somebody ask him” Would you like take him home and the boy replayed yes, yes,Children are very happy when parents make them picture with this big McDonald clown.I like this McDonald place to come late after work to eat and drink coffee play some gams or sweepstake,to relax and chat with some who come often like me.Those who have iPhones like myself will appreciate opportunity to charged batteries from wall outlet Other McDonalds have w-f but no access to charge phones.In this McDonald there is atmosphere could be desirable in every � home where � love, harmony and peace make home � happy and blessed by God. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. “I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. “The atmosphere is casual and friendly with an eclectic assortment of tables and artwork. Seating is very European where tables are shared among different guests. I would not recommend the smoothies. We tried the spinach, avocado, peanut butter and banana smoothie. Honestly, it tasted like water with a peanut butter flavoring. However, we did enjoy the food during our visit. We had a vegan donut, the tofu bowl, and the falafel wrap. The bowl and wrap are on the small side but were both very tasty. The donut was of course sweet and delicious! This is a fun place to sit back, relax and enjoy time with a friend. There are even games available to play - checkers, chess, and tic tac toe were on our table. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“
