I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at the Dunkin Donuts onRoute 59 in Suffern
Our son, Avi came home this weekend. I met his van at the Dunkin Donuts near Woodbury Commons. When I arrived Avi asked if I could buy him a donut and I told him that we would drive back to Suffern and buy a donut at the kosher Dunkin Donuts. I visit almost every Wed and Thurs. Normally I get great service. Today I did a order on the go. It took a few minutes for someone to come on the speaker. I said I had an order to go. I drove through to the pick up window. The teenager was annoyed, he told me my order had to be in the store. He thought I wanted to order a cake. Then I had to repeat my order, and then wait for them to make it. This totally defeats the point of ordering on the go. The incompetence was frustrating...read full review
