Always clean and always good food. The food is always fresh which is not always the case at some Burger King’s. I love this one and the food is always made fast and with care. 10/10 my favorite BK in NYC

Me and my boyfriend were in the drive-through line on May 5 at about 5 PM in the afternoon we ordered Two whoppers one with just cheese on it nothing else and the other one with the works we then attempted to purchase one of the Grogu toys that comes in the happy meal. This Burger King is a go-to spot for many, offering always good food that is always fresh. The food is always made fast and with care, and the customer service has always been friendly. The seating area is usually nice and clean, and the location is now open 24 hours. One reviewer calls it their favorite BK in NYC, giving it a 10/10. A long-time customer of more than 4 years visits the new location, especially at night, and finds the shift incharge very nice and friendly, always providing fresh and hot food. However, some visits have problems. One order of a Whopper with extra onions and extra pickles came with no pickles and no onions, and a daughter's Whopper with no tomato came with tomato. Another customer did not get Grogu's Blue Cookie Shake with the Galactic Family Bundle because it ran out, and did not get the promotion cup despite paying the promotion price. The interior is small with very limited seating, making it a To-Go location, and the staff seemed under prepared and need to improve organizing and preparation. The Limited Time Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper and the Limited Time Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper were both delicious.
