Been coming here over for over two decades, the spice bases are more Karachi style, but still fantastic. It is nice to have a slight difference in spices versus regional Indian. The Goan fish and other seafood is a great example of the coastal influence and is nice to have this as a protein choice versus meats. This is easily my favorite Indian restaurant! Everything I've ever tried is outstanding!! The lamb chops, the butter chicken, the chana marsala, the vegetable tandoori, the mushrooms, and all the jeffrezi dishes!!! The service is equally impressive, and the owner is engaged and on-site at all times...
Best food, service, and quality in the neighborhood and beyond! Every dish we've had here, both dine in and take out, have been incredible. The butter chicken (it's shredded for maximum flavor), lamb chops, biryani, garlic naan, all appetizers, all the curries have been hits.
Their desserts are also underrated. You have to try their homemade pistachio ice cream and if it's on the menu, carrot pudding.
