The particular location I go to is great. They work fast and are very courteous. Which is great in New York City, because most are not. They are friendly and offer great service in the morning before I work.
Dirty, bad customer service, guy was touching stuff with barehands gets upset because ask for a change.
Extremely unsanitary, the workers aren't aware that they're standing in a work space. They don't wear gloves or masks. Im not even sure how they have an A for there food inspection because if it were me I'd close this Dunkin down. They need new staff ASAP
