We all can agree that, well: as a chain-food restaurant, you would expect the same meals and combos.

And yes, but this places has something different that makes it maybe my fav: the staff and personell.

All of them are friendly, and when u pick your food, they cant wait but ask you if you need anything and even offer more so u dont miss nothing.

“Walking distance from subway. Across the street from a nice park. Somewhat manageable paid street parking. Amazing staff and service. Very cozy with only 2 tables and a counter. Very extended menu, you will definitely find something you like, vegan, vegetarian, or meats. Lunch specials are all great. Fast service. I'm getting lunch there at least 3 times a week, every week. Go try it and thank me later.

“I don’t know why so many people have had such a bad experience according to all the reviews. My experience was fantastic! Today I made an order and it was all great! No complaints whatsoever. My pizza and desserts were perfectly prepared. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes even thought it was expected within an hour. The delivery personnel completed followed the delivery directions and was very polite. He even thanked me when I thanked him for his services. “This Subway has been here for over 20 years. I always order the vegan “veggie delite” sub: no meat, no cheese, and Italian bread. Paid a little over $7 for a foot long.It may look a bit boring but it tastes good. The veggies have a nice crunch and the jalapeños are quite spicy.“

“WOW!! Love Love Love this little place. lt’s great! First of all, we've been looking for a good burger place in the Union City, WNY, NB area, and it’s been tough, usually they’re mediocre at best, but not this one.
We walked jn and were warmly greeted. Our server was so sweet! She handed us a menu, which looks like an ipad, and there were so many choices, with pictures of the what the food looks like.
My bf and I ordered 2 burgers because we were in a burger mood. I can say that it definitely wasn’t a disappointment! The burgers were juicy, tasty and big! Definitely the Best burger we’ve had in the area.

The place is small, but so charming with all the decor. And they have a TV screen which shows how all the food is prepared. definitely makes you hungry!

Granted, the burgers were messy but definitely worth it! Besides the fact that they give you utensils.

As we were walking out, we ran into one of the owners, And we had to tell him how much we loved the place and the food.

Parriyas is absolutely a great choice for sandwiches and bowls and the wonderful service!
