Great little find. The owner has a passion for making great personal “pizza”. Pizza is in quotes because it was more than pizza. Their dough recipe is better than your usual pizza dough. The owner knows how to meld flavors together, instead of just throwing on bacon and bbq sauce, which is what some places do.The owner recommended the Blueberry pie, which we were leery of, so we ordered a Contadina pie also, just case we didn’t like the Blueberry pie… Totally unnecessary...read full review
Tried Acqua E Farina pizzeria on 02/07/24, and it did not disappoint. The other patrons and the owner suggested trying the Blueberry pizza, since it was our first time there. We also ordered a Contadina pie as well, in case we didn't like the blueberry suggestion. Boy, was that unnecessary; the Blueberry Pie was delicious!!! We also ordered the Bruschetta appetizer and we couldn't stop raving about the freshness of it. Back to the pizza, the pizza dough was no joke, it was perfection....read full review
Luca and Fotini are the greatest hosts and owners of this wonderful wood fired pizza spot. Every pie we have tried has been a home run!Great people and great food- what more can anyone want?
