I ordered burrito bowls for takeout last week and the portion size was like a third of what I used to get. The meat was almost non existent. I got a lot of rice compared to other ingredients. I also ordered large chips and only got a handful (the bag was almost empty). I’m not sure if they ran out of food since I ordered it during dinner time around 6 pm but it still didn't make any sense how little food I received. I didn't even expect/need a big portion. And I went to Moe’s today for their burrito bowl and it reminded me how bad Chipotle’s food was compared to Moe’s. :-(

I just want to say thank you to this chipotle for helping me in such a big way! I work for Girls Inc. A girls empowerment program. We were in the area for a field trip and we weren’t prepared for lunch. Stuck on a time constraint, I asked the manger at 11:10/15 if he could make 30 burritos before 12PM. he said he could and began to bring together his team on the food line while still maintaining great service with the oncoming customers. He and his team were EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING and helped me bring the food to my girls at the field trip location. Very shorty after I realized that we needed to stay at the restaurant to eat the food. I then brought 30 MIDDLE school girls to the facility and packed the place out ? the team helped me in SUCH A BIG WAY. I am VERY VERY GRATEFUL. This team works very well together the manager was professional yet compassionate towards my situation! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Stood with 10+ other people while waiting for our mobile orders, which were over 40 mins late. The manager never acknowledged or even came forward to address what was clearly a crazy situation. It’s clearly a mismanaged store.
One of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. Workers serving the food taking their anger out on the food as if it broke up with them or some shit. Service is just full of kids as if they were in a depressed mood all the time. Don't go to this chipotle, you're better off taking an extra 15 min drive to the next nearest one.

I had the pleasure of being served by Raymond. He was super friendly and patient with me. I was a guest in the neighborhood and was a little thrown off. He made sure I didn't feel rushed and made my bowls to my liking. Thank you!??

terrible service, I went to this chipotle a week ago around 6-7pm with my little cousin , there was this short middle eastern lady wearing a black collard shirt im pretty sure she is a manager, she was saying racial slurs and said the n word multiple times, I can't believe this company lets there workers behave this way, the way they found it funny is disgusting, I've never cared to leave a review but this is not right, i love the food but I will never come back here. hearing her say those words and laughing makes me sick to my stomach I hope everyone makes the right decision and stays away from this racist and Toxic reasturant. this NEEDS to be fixed it's unacceptable....

Past few times I have been here this place looks like a bomb has hit it and won’t be coming back until they make some real changes. The area where they make the food has food scraps all over the counter, there are food bins laying on top of other bins and the floor area is dirty. In the restaurant the tables are either filthy or closed off with chairs on them even though the restaurant does not close for another 2 hours. The soda machine area is disgusting with water all over the counter and the condiments and utensils just laying in it . This is all occurring while the staff is just hanging around and talking to each other.
