I like Bubble Tea. However, While there are some things I don't like (cheese top is too salty anywhere for my taste) and I prefer any tea I take (even hot) with no milk, I am still finding my way through the world of bubble tea. What doesn't help is TOO MANY CHOICES! But the lovely woman behind the counter helped me to figure out what I liked and wanted. It was delicious. Service is outstanding. This is my second time in and the person both times has been super sweet and patient. This drink however is gross I’m sorry. I drink a lot of bubble tea but this is so bitter. I ordered the Thai milk tea with bubbles. The bubbles are sweet but this tea sucks all the moisture out of your mouth. Not an enjoyable experience at all. I visited the Syosset location to pick up a couple of boba teas. I was lucky enough to arrive at a time when there were no other customers. My drinks were just being prepared. Spent a couple of minutes hanging around and got my drinks. The staff was very friendly and thanked me for the business. KFT drinks are standard and they make good boba. I liked my drinks and was in and out pretty quick for a mobile app order.
