“I think this might be the only fast food place in the city that has workers with basic customer service skills. I don’t even care for Arby’s food, never have, but I went here once and the service was so pleasant that I keep coming back and it’s the same every time. Management has done a wonderful job hiring/training people. It’s the little things that make such a difference. Eye contact, and greeting and a “have a good day”. You go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s around the city and the workers never smile, they don’t even say hi or have a good day, they stick their arm out of the window with your bag and only ever glance over in your direction if you take more than 2 seconds to grab it. Shameful. Shoutout to this Arby’s, they’re setting a great example.“
“Always quick to order anything and employees have always got my order correct. I even use their app to order ahead sometimes. Been going to Arby’s for a long time. I told them I remembered when their bathrooms were on the side of the building and you had to go outside to get to them. They added onto the side were the bathrooms are so you can walk to them from the inside of the restaurant now.“
“I came through the drive thru close to the time they were closing. I had special requests. Krista was extremely friendly. The customer service at this location was fantastic. The food was also hot and fresh. I was quite surprised for it being 20 minutes to closing.“
