Great service! Misty was amazing and so professional. I even received a call the next day from the owner thanking me for visiting the restaurant! Now that's great customer service!
Our evening started with a personal welcome from Charlie Roman the owner who escorted us to our table. We had a lovely server who was attentive and very kind. The food took a while but it was a very busy night and it was definitely worth the wait! My daughter's friend had the fettuccine alfredo which she said was the best she has ever eaten. My daughter had a perfectly cooked NY strip and I enjoyed the portobello chicken. The experience was topped off by a call the next day...
My first visit to Daniella's Steakhouse after moving back to Syracuse was fantastic. Excellent service from our server, Kim and the food was top notch. I plan to go back very soon.
