Really excellent mac & cheese. Like, really good. And I'm picky about my cheesy pasta. I got a Grannie Plate and got a double side of mac & cheese. The other sides sounded good but if double mac is an option that's what I'm getting. The chicken was tasty too. Skin wasn't crispy on mine but I don't eat the skin anyway (blasphemy, I know) so I didn't really care. Prices are reasonable, especially considering it's all home cooked.
So far I have yet to go to Salt City Market and not have a great meal. I've still only scratched the surface, but we finally got a chance to go try another one. Based on the reviews, it looks like their menu must change often. We pretty much cleared the whole thing with our order, and I'd be excited to reroll on the next one.We got the haddock meal, the rosemary chicken meal, and an order of the wings, along with all the sides included. Food is good,but always running out of stuff. That's no good.Customer service sucks. Need to be more friendly ?. Wings they have are great, Mac &cheese amazing. I love when I see black people doing there thing. But the attitude needs to change.
