Our doordasher canceled our order without a reason. We just drove to the restaurant and explained what happened. The manager, Faria, explained that the dasher didn't want to wait and was very rude to her and the staff and canceled the order. (He even went back in to grab someone else's order that came in after ours was canceled). She had everything fresh and and apologized for having to come all the way out to grab it.

The staff is always very friendly and prompt. But when you ask for what's fresh, they're trained to say that everything's fresh even when that's not true. I asked for a 2pc box with dark meat, upgraded the box to large. They gave me a breast instead of a thigh, and they charged me for a separate large fry in addition to upgrading the box. The fries were bordering on stale, and the chicken was fresh enough (not hot tho). Only rating 3 star cuz they really are...

I am not sure if it is due to new owners/management but the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. We ordered the blackened chicken tenders, with a side of mac & cheese and the biscuits were so good.
