We enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at Redfield's this morning and it was excellent. They offered a lovely spread of breakfast and lunch items, including an omelette station, french toast bake, fruit, salads, chicken, and incredible freshly baked desserts (truffles, cream pies, bars). We must have went there on a bad day. The wait staff was wonderful, the food was mediocre at best. Pork chop was very dry, fried chicken was over doused in hot sauce, risotto was dry and undercooked. Then breakfast the next morning wasn't much better. Won't be going back- there are too many restaurants in Syracuse with much better food.
