I ordered a chicken parm sub and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. The roll had a nice chew to it, maybe some garlic butter on it, and it was baked in the oven with good quality mozzarella. The chicken on it was crispy, tender, and juicy with great flavor in the breading, I'm guessing it was fried in olive oil. My husband and I came in for a late lunch. I had the chicken riggies(med). My husband had the chicken parm dinner and then we both shared the Utica sausage and greens sub. By happenstance we found this gem of a restaurant, what a great experience.
First off the women who run it are very friendly and wonderful cooks! The menu is a nice blend of sandwiches and entrees. We split a sandwich because they are giant, and oh, so good!
So good, we got a lasagna dinner to go.
Their prices are more than fair and the food is delicious.
Do yourself a favor, grab a friend or two and stop for lunch.
