“My wife and I went for a date night. The atmosphere was great, the decor was amazing. We got there early and sat on one of the couches. The hostess was pleasant and accommodating. We were sat at a table by the window. Our server Sierra was very nice and welcoming. We ordered the poutine for an appetizer. It was amazing, so delicious. There was enough for 4 people. I ordered the pork chop, it was so tender and full of flavor. My wife ordered the Tanglewood chicken. That was amazing. The crispy fried chicken skin and collard greens were so good. The chicken was tender and juicy my wife said. We did not get dessert, I cannot eat too much due to having gastric bypass. We do not drink alcohol so no reviews on their drinks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful date night.“

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place. I rate the food 6.6/10. Slightly elevated Mexican American. Overall not a bad place to go. I would eat here again.

The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

“Stopped in this past Friday night with my friend Mike. Had a few drinks ,ordered a pizza and antipasto,as we been trying to make it in for a while now, we grew up with the owner. The bartender was beyond friendly and very informative,and the pizza /antipasto was great. We will surely be back“

“On "No Reservations," Anthony Bourdain claimed the Song Que Deli in Arlington, VA made "the best bahn mi [he'd] ever had outside of Vietnam."

I ate at the Song Que Deli before it closed; I had their bahn mi. The bahn mi at Ky Duyen completely knocks that other one out of the park. THIS is the best bahn mi outside of Vietnam. It perfectly blends the savory, the sweet, and the spicy together into a mastery of the form.

I haven't been to Vietnam, but it's quite possible this is the best bahn mi in the world. I will report back after visiting there.

If you are a fan of hole-in-the-wall sandwich shops, this is the pinnacle of the genre. It's located in an old pool hall. There is a cart near the entrance that says "bahn mi." They make three sandwiches, which are all variants of the same sandwich.

This place is a treasure of Syracuse cuisine, and one of the best things I have had the privilege of eating on this earth.

I tried the “Tipp Dip” Wednesday special recently and although the price was great, I found it very stringy and hard to chew through certain portions. Also, I’m there to watch sports, so I really hope they turn off the news. The situation in our government today is too overcharged and polarized. Many people are very angry, so politics should be avoided in a fun sports bar, IMHO. I come there to ESCAPE politics… to lose myself in live, or even pre-recorded sports action. Other than that, these guys do a fantastic job, and considering how much food they have to prepare so quickly, it’s awe inspiring to watch them in the kitchen!“

The sesame chicken was cooked perfectly and followed my request on shrimp fried rice and pork fried rice. Both rice dishes had fresh and perfectly cooked meat and not overcooked and hard. The crab ragoons are the best I have ever had and I am a snob when it comes to those. This is THE best authentic Chinese restaurant I ever had and will be ordering again soon!“
